Hey There!

I'm Alia Scott! (All-lee-ah). Fun fact: I’ve heard just about every pronunciation of my name imaginable over the years, so don’t worry if you need a second try, Haha ! Now that we’ve broken the ice, here’s my story.. I’m a Graphic and Multimedia Designer originally from a Louisiana, now based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ever since I was able to pick up a pen and paper I've always been drawn to the arts. I loved mediums like traditional drawing and painting and over time I discovered that graphic design was the perfect way to turn that passion into a career. For me, design is more than creating something that looks good. It's about creative problem-solving( like a puzzle! ). Every project I’ve worked on has always been an opportunity to solve a unique challenge but most of all I always try to aim and strive for that, “WOW” factor when it comes to my work.

Throughout my career I've designed digital, print, motion, and marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that are both engaging and effective. My experience includes branding, social media design, motion graphics, video editing, campaign development, and AI-assisted creative workflows using Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma just to name a few.

When I'm not behind the computer, you'll usually find me drawing and/or painting while listening to true crime podcasts and catching up on my favorite shows on HBO or Netflix. I also LOVE the outdoors if you can tell by my photos. Anything that involves hiking, kayaking, camping, or anything outdoorsy i’m up for it! I'm also a proud dog mom to an energetic little Shih-Tzu named Juju, who always keeps my life entertaining. If you'd like to learn more about my experience, feel free to view my resume.
